As a small business owner, you may need some more personalized attention to accelerate your business growth. Perhaps you're not ready to dive in to ongoing 1:1 consultations but — are still longing for something little extra.

This live workshop series begins with the fundamental building blocks of your business — vision and mission. We will help you articulate or evaluate it and then delve deeper into action plans to facilitate immediate growth. Outlined below is a list of what’s included:

• Up to three 1:1 meetings with D&Co (30 minutes each)

• Shorter spurts of targeted growth and acceleration (see schedule below) to get you results faster

• This program will run 6 weeks in total, meeting weekly for up to 1 hour

• Small group setting (less than 5 people per group) to share our insights and experiences

• Structured agenda to propel desired results from the program (see below)

VISION & MISSION

• What is your vision? What is your mission? You may think you have this buttoned up but you’d be surprised!

• Conduct mission statement exercise together

• Open discussion & refinements

PART III:
GOALS FOR YOUR BUSINESS

• Reflecting on vision & mission statements, what are some of the ways we can achieve this?

• Outline goals for your business growth

• Open discussion with group

PART IV:
PRIORITIZATION

• We will work together to plot our goals and ideas on a D&Co worksheet to help establish prioritization

• Talk through some of the challenges we have while trying to prioritize

PART V:
ACTION PLAN

• For each goal, we’ll look at some actions required in order to achieve this

• We’ll review any risks and together come up with a plan of mitigation

PART VI:
OPEN DISCUSSION (1.5 HOUR)

• During this session, we will review everything that we’ve done to refine your vision, mission, goals, actions and prioritization

• Open Q&A
